The Challenge

SENERA Senior Wellness tasked ANGA with a clear objective increase customer inquiries via Facebook Messenger (Inbox), LINE Official Account, and phone calls. This six-month initiative aimed to significantly boost service users at their Khu Bon and Bang Bua Thong branches.


Our strategy involved precisely targeted Facebook Ads and Google Ads. We focused on reaching specific audiences within these local areas, with ad targeting further refined by common health conditions prevalent among the elderly.




Our Shared Goals

We aimed to identify Quality Leads (prospects with a high likelihood of purchasing services) and increase the number of service users across both SENERA Senior Wellness branches. Our KPI was defined by the total number of inquiries received through various channels within a six-month period.


Our Strategy

Elderly care centers are a business where clients make decisions over a long period, considering multiple factors. These include the center's location, services that address specific needs, service standards, staff expertise, and even the efficiency of the customer service team.


Therefore, our primary advertising strategy focused on setting the right location targets for our audience, using Lead Stage to filter lead quality, and streamlining the overall Customer Journey.


1. Focus on Target Audience Location


Since SENERA Senior Wellness operates two elderly care centers in different areas, we prioritized location-based audience targeting. This involved running ads specifically in the vicinities of each branch, reaching potential clients who could easily travel to the facility for services.
