SENERA Senior Wellness tasked ANGA with a clear objective increase customer inquiries via Facebook Messenger (Inbox), LINE Official Account, and phone calls. This six-month initiative aimed to significantly boost service users at their Khu Bon and Bang Bua Thong branches.
